Who Are We?

Lifebuilders Kids is a fun and safe place for children to learn more about Jesus and how to follow Him with all their hearts, mind and strength. Our leaders are committed to valuing and developing each child’s relationship with God and others through our weekly lessons which might include songs, crafts, teaching time, sharing time, Bible reading and the use of relevant and appropriate media resources. All our Teachers and Helpers have a current Working with Children Check (Blue Cards).

At Lifebuilders Church, we have three programs for our children each Sunday when kids are dismissed from the service after worship.

Afrikaans Service @ 8:00am for our kids that can speak bilingually in English and Afrikaans.

English Service @ 10:00am which consists of a Junior program and a Senior program.

The first week of each month is a Combined Service where we all come together to learn and build friendships.

Junior Kids

For children aged 1 to Grade 3 and we are currently learning about God’s Amazing Animals and Big Bible Stories by Gospel Light.

Senior Kids

For children in Grade 4, 5 and 6 and we are currently investigating the truth behind the life of Jesus using ‘The Case for Christ’ by Lee Strobel.

School Holidays

During the school holidays, we invite the children to come and enjoy a kid-friendly movie or sit in church with their parents.

Our Check-In Process

Check-in for each service is at the sign in desk which happens during the service. Using Electronic Check-in, we now offer added security to help keep our precious kids safe. A leader at the desk will check your children in with any important medical information, and a label will be printed for each of your children and for yourself. Please attach this to your child and keep the other one for yourself in a safe and easy to access place. The label contains a security code for each of your children and will be used to call on you during the service if you need to attend to your child.

You will also need your label to pick up your children at the end of the service.
